Inception of the Legacy

Late Mr. Shadilal Seth founded the house in 1947 in Lahore, pre-Partition India. Post-Partition he relocated to Delhi, establishing an imitation-jewellery manufacturing and wholesale business. The name honours the family's pre-Partition roots, and the house soon earned wide recognition for design innovation and strong customer relationships.

Mr. Satish Shadilal Seth joined his father in the Delhi business, gaining hands-on experience across every operation and developing a vision for large-scale manufacturing and export of imitation bangles, jewellery and bridal accessories.

Roots in Mumbai

Mr. Satish Seth moved to Mumbai and established manufacturing networks and resources, alongside a trade presence near Jama Masjid. This expanded wholesale operations and early exports, building a strong network across India, the Middle East and Europe — and lasting goodwill within the industry.

1990

Resilience After Riots

The Jama Masjid riots destroyed the original setup. Undeterred, operations were relocated to a larger, more structured establishment in Bhuleshwar Market — marking the beginning of greater scale and expansion into global markets.

A New Era of Premium

Mr. Sachin Satish Seth joined and expanded the house into high-fashion premium imitation bangles. He invested in advanced machinery, innovative crystal and American-diamond work, and patented stones — transforming the brand into a globally recognised name.
